Subhadra Yojana Offline Apply Process – The Government of Odisha has launched the Subhadra Yojana to provide financial support and empower women. Under this scheme, eligible women will receive ₹50,000 over a period of 5 years. Applicants can apply for this scheme either offline or online. In this article, we will explain the step-by-step process to apply offline.

Documents Required for Subhadra Yojana Application
Before you visit the office or camp, make sure you carry the following documents:
- Aadhaar Card (for identity verification)
- Voter ID or Ration Card (as address proof)
- Passport-size photo (2 copies)
- Bank Passbook (for direct benefit transfer)
- BPL or income certificate
- Proof of residence (such as electricity bill or local certificate)
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)
Step-by-Step Guide for Subhadra Yojana Offline Apply Process
The first step is to get the free Subhadra Yojana application form. To obtain this form, visit any of the government centers listed below.
- Anganwadi Center
- Block Office
- Urban Local Body (ULB) Office
- Mo Seba Kendra
- Common Service Center (CSC).
Step 2: Fill in the form carefully
fill in the same details that are on your Aadhaar card. Enter your name, address, Aadhaar number, and Aadhaar-linked details. Any mismatch may lead to rejection and also trigger a fraudulent activity, which may result in legal action.
Basically, these details are asked in the official Subhadra application form
- Name (as per Aadhaar)
- Aadhaar Number
- Father’s/Husband’s Name
- Date of Birth
- Category (General / SC / ST)
- Physical Disability (if any)
- Aadhaar-linked Mobile Number
- Address (Village, Block, District, Ward No.)
- Bank Name and Aadhaar-linked Account Number
While filling the form, applicant must self-declare the following conditions:
- She is a resident of Odisha.
- Her age is between 21 and 60 years as of July 1, 2024.
- She does not receive any other government financial aid above ₹1,500/month or ₹18,000/year.
- No family member is an MP, MLA, income tax payer, or elected representative (except ward member/councilor).
- No family member is a government or PSU employee or pensioner.
- Family landholding is below 5 acres irrigated or 10 acres non-irrigated.
- No four-wheeler vehicle is owned (except small commercial vehicles).
- Family income is below ₹2.5 lakh per year.
- The applicant signs a declaration confirming all information is true.
Step 4: Attach all the required documents (photocopies).
Step 5: Submit the Form at Nearest Center
After filling in and checking the details, submit your form and documents to the same center (Anganwadi, CSC, Block Office, or Mo Seba Kendra).
They will verify the form and upload it into the official Subhadra Portal system on your behalf. This process does not need an internet connection
Step 6: Verification and Approval
Authorities cross-verify your application against Aadhaar and bank details.

If verified and eligible, your name will be added to the beneficiary list, and funds will be transferred directly to your bank account via DBT.

Important notes
